When Do I Need a Will?
The question, ultimately, is not when do you need a will, but when will you make time to create your will.
Wills are a written legal document that designates how you want your assets to be handled once you pass away. It explains who gets what and it can even detail how you want your assets used, such as how you want your money spent and so on.
Anyone who has made a sizable purchase would benefit from having a will. Whether you just own your car and appliances or you have a multi-million dollar home, with luxurious sports cars, and quite a bit of money to pass on, it is always a good idea to have some sort of legal documentation stating how you want your assets and property to be managed, distributed, and even used.
There can be many questions surrounding the making of a will. At Anderson Law, we are happy to answer your questions. Even if you think your question may be simple or if you think it may be a very complex question, we are here to guide and serve you in any capacity that we are fit to do so.
